This contest is hosted by the
Ministry of Education, and Springsoft has been involved
in the drafting of exam questions and the scoring process
for a long time. Its aim is to encourage university students'
involvement in the development of computer assisted IC
circuit design tools and make them more interested in
studying in the field. This helps develop expertise in
this sector, and enhances Taiwan' s capabilities in computer-assisted
IC design.
