PDK (Process Design Kit) Engineer
Location: Hsinchu
Education: BS degree or above in EE/CS
Experience:
- More than 2 years working experience related to EDA, custom IC design, physical layout or semiconductor manufactory.
Skill & Knowledge:
- Familiar with UNIX and Linux operating system
- Familiar with TCL programming or other programming language
- Understand design rule and physical layout
- Familiar with spice netlist syntax is plus.
- Fluent in English. Having good communication skills and team work attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain PDK(process design kit) and TF(technology file)
- Improve PDK development and QA flow by automatic script.
- Propose product enhancement specification from PDK’s prospect.
Software Development Engineer
Location: Hsinchu
Education: Master’s degree in CS/EE/Mathematics or related discipline.
Experience:
- At least 2 years in EDA related software developing or 3 years in other software developing field (senior engineer only).
Skill & Knowledge:
- C/C++ programming knowledge and skilled in Unix/Linux platforms.
- Can apply in-depth knowledge of one or more programming languages to deliver qualified software product.
- Proficient in data structures and CAD related algorithms.
- Has OOA/OOD knowledge for software design.
- Familiar with VLSI design or ASIC implementation flow.
- Familiar with layout related processes and DSM technology problems.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for large software team development
- Define specs for clear enhancements to solve user requirement.
- Implement a clear design with a good quality
- Interested in EDA field.

R&D Engineer
Location: Hsinchu
Education: Master’s degree or above in EE/CS/CE.
Experience:
- Development and research of EDA physical design algorithms or applications, especially synthesis, timing analysis, and place & route related fields
- 1 year and above in C/C++ programming experience
- Development experience in EDA tools a plus
Skill & Knowledge:
- Familiar with digital cell-based design flow
- Knowledge of analog, EDA, and physical design
- Familiar with Qt
- Proficient in data structures
- Familiarity with HDL a plus

Account Manager
Location: Shanghai
Education: BS/MS engineering or computer science or related field.
Experience:
- 3-plus years direct sales experience, preferably in EDA field.
- 2-plus years account management experience, preferably in IC or IT industry.
Skill & Knowledge:
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills both in Mandarin and English.
- With proven track record of success in achieving high quota.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the sales activities in assigned accounts and territory to fulfill the short term and long term business goal
- Come out the sales plan with effective execution strategies as to meet or exceed sales quota
- Develop the company and product brand in assigned accounts and territory
- Develop the customer intimacy on target market segments or named accounts

Field Applications Engineer
Location: Silicon Valley
Education: Bachelor's Degree - Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
- At least 7 years in EDA field. Preferably in a Field Applications Engineer role
Skill & Knowledge:
- BSEE or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Verilog, VHDL System Verilog, SVA, SVTB as well as simulation and overall verification flow.
- Self-starter, able to develop effective plans for technical sales and support, then drive them to completion. Results-oriented, with high personal drive and commitment.
- Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities, and devise creative solutions to new and existing situations.
- Able to work effectively with others both inside and outside company.
- Strong communications ability, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Supports technical evaluation of SpringSoft products by prospects to ensure sales success. Develops evaluation criteria. Constantly communicates status.

Technical Marketing Manager

Provide Technical Marketing Management for future verification products including:
- Market demands clarification
- Business impact analysis
- Technology readiness and competition survey
- MRD creation

Program management for
new product or major feature roll out to include:
- Creation of required marketing documentation and Research and Development specification review
- Beta partners development and program management
- Field training and pilot engagements management
Program management of the product interoperability projects :
- Total requirements analysis (API, Scripting, training)
- 3rd party EDA tool integration requirement analysis and specification development
- EDA partners relationship management and communication
Qualifications:
- BSEE or equivalent plus at least 5 years of engineering experience.
- Prior AE experience a plus
- Proven experience writing conceptual, procedural, and best practice documentation
- Familiar with the overall IC design and verification flow.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter, able to develop effective plans for resolution of issues, and then drive them to completion.
- Results-oriented, with high personal drive and commitment.
- Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities, and devise creative solutions to new and existing situations.
