Martin Lu co-founded SpringSoft, Inc. in 1996. He has over 24 years of experience in the design and EDA industries. Before establishing SpringSoft, Martin's experience included roles in R&D, business development, and management for ECAD and Cadence. Martin has a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan.
Johnson Teng
COO & Executive Vice President
Johnson Teng is a co-founder of SpringSoft, Inc. He has over 20 years of experience in EDA sales, R&D, support, and management. Johnson's past experience includes roles at Novas Software, E-Team Design Systems, Cadence Design Systems, and ECAD. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan.
Jerry Wang

Jerry Wang is a co-founder of SpringSoft, Inc. Before SpringSoft he held positions at Syntek Semiconductor and PreVision Venture Capital. Jerry has a degree in Business Administration from Chung Yuan Christian University.

Jeong-Tyng Li
Vice President of R&D for Physical Design Technology
Former CEO of Nanovata Design Automation, Dr. Li has over 24 years of experience in the EDA industry. Prior to Nanovata, his experience includes roles at Nassda, Avant!, PiE/Quicktrun, AMD and Bell Labs. He holds a BS degree from National Taiwan University and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California at Berkeley.
Scott Sandler
Vice President of Corporate Marketing and President of SpringSoft USA
Former president and CEO of Novas, Sandler has over 18 years of experience in EDA marketing, applications, and support management with Chrysalis Symbolic Design, Cadence Design Systems, and Gateway Design Automation. Sandler also currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Electronic Design Automation Consortium (EDAC). Sandler holds a BS degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
Bill Shepard
Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Support
Former vice president of sales for Novas, Shepard has over 20 years of experience in EDA sales and executive management with companies including Summit Design, Array Technologies, Integrated Measurement Systems, Racal-Dana, and Tektronix. Shepard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Connecticut State University.
Oz Levia
Vice President of Product Marketing
Levia is a 20-year veteran of the EDA and semi conductor industry. Prior to joining Novas as vice president of product marketing, Levia worked at Synopsys in a corporate strategic role with responsibility over growth strategies in the areas of verification, ESL, DFM, and IP. Before working at Synopsys, Levia was the co-founder and CTO of Improv Systems, Inc., a DSP IP company. In the years before founding Improv, Levia was active in the EDA tools market working on synthesis, simulation, and intellectual property products. He authored numerous papers and tutorials on a wide range of subjects such as VHDL simulation, synthesis, gate-level timing (VITAL), and IP use in system design. With two other co-editors, Levia founded and published a book series (11 titles in print) focused on electronic modeling. Levia holds a BS (with high distinction) and MS (with distinction) in computer science from the University of Minnesota and Boston College respectively and is currently pursuing a JD degree from Santa Clara University Law School.
