SpringSoft Monthly Sales of June 2009
(Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C.) SpringSoft today announced monthly unconsolidated sales of NT$88.18 million for June 2009, an increase of 0.1% from May 2009 and a decrease of 27.9% from June 2008, caused by the change in reporting. The monthly unconsolidated sales of SpringSoft does not include the revenue generated by the territory of North and South America starting from July 2008. The monthly sales revenue for SpringSoft USA was NT$94.47 million, including sales of Certess, Inc., which was acquired in March, an increase of 24.9% from May 2009.
Un-audited consolidated revenues for the second quarter of 2009 was NT$525.04 million which represent an increase of 8.4% compared with first quarter of 2009. Un-audited consolidated revenues for six months ended on June, 30th was around NT$1,009.34 million.
