(Hsin-Chu Science-Based Industrial Park, Taiwan, R.O.C.) SpringSoft held a shareholders’ meeting on June 15th at which shareholders approved the distribution of a NT$1.0 cash dividend per common share. Shareholders also approved the 2009 Business Report and Financial Statements. Consolidated revenue for 2009 totaled NT$2,102.5 million and net income was NT$273.8 million, with earnings per share of NT$1.32.
