(Hsin-Chu Science-Based Industrial Park, Taiwan, R.O.C.) SpringSoft held a shareholders’ meeting on June 10th at which shareholders approved the distribution of a NT$0.8 cash dividend per common share. Shareholders also approved the 2008 Business Report and Financial Statements. Consolidated revenue for 2008 totaled NT$1,681.3 million and net income was NT$396.4 million, with earnings per share of NT$1.91.
