New Comment Style Support in VHDL

Verdi/Debussy currently supports the semi-colon (;) as a comment style in VHDL -f / -fv files. Starting with Verdi 3.0v17/Debussy 5.3v17 and beyond the C++ comment styles of // and /*...*/ will also be supported in VHDL.  For Verilog, // and /*...*/ have always been supported.
